  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1. Any student or participant who registered for IDEA Fair 2022 is eligible to participate in the fortunate lucky draw session if the terms and conditions are met.
    2. The lucky draw will be broadcast live on Zoom Meeting.
    3. The lucky draw wheel will be utilized to carry out the lucky draw session.
    4. If the participant's entry number displays on the screen, he or she must comment their full name and last 4 digits of their IC No. (Local) and Passport No. (International) in the chat box within 30 seconds.
    5. Prizes for absentees (who fail to comment in the chat box within 30 seconds) will be available for others and the winner's orders will be changed.
    6. Each participant has a chance to win multiple prizes. For a better understanding, please see the terms and conditions below.

     

    Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

    A. Eligibility

    To participate in the Lucky Draw session, the participants must complete either task as requested in the feedback form(s) that will be provided during the event:

           a. Like our Facebook account "IDEA Fair USM" and share our event post.

           b. Follow our Instagram account "@ideafairusm" and post this event via your Instagram story.

           c. Upload the proof in the feedback form to secure your entry.

             

    B. Entrance Period

    Only participants who join the career talk(S), workshop(s), and virtual exhibition from 1st June 2022 at 11:00 A.M. to 3rd June 2022 at 5:00 P.M. are entitled to participate in the lucky draw session.

         ONE(1) lucky draw entry if you complete the virtual exhibition attendance and feedback form.

     

    D. Shipment of Prizes

    The lucky draw winners who live on campus can pick up their prizes in person, while those who do not reside on the engineering campus or not from our campus students will have your prizes delivered. However, I.D.E.A Fair 2022 WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE if prizes are lost or damaged during the shipping.

     

    REMINDER: The participant's entry code will be shared in a spreadsheet via the TELEGRAM GROUP if you are registered. As a result, stay vigilant and check your telegram group frequently.
