Malaysia Rocketry Generation

The project is all about launching Malaysia’s first student made high powered rocket at a world class spaceport. WAU Rocketry USM is the first and only team to represent Malaysia to compete at Spaceport America Cup 2022. Spaceport America Cup 2022 is world’s largest student rocket launch competition and intercollegiate rocket engineering conference that happens annually at New Mexico, United States. The team’s vision is to kickstart Malaysia’s high powered rocketry development and contribute to its development. The project mission is launching a high-powered rocket at 10,000 feet under Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) category.
